They all appreciated Beaton's letter. Consoles Beaton for the bad weather. Answers Beaton's questions on household matters. Complains of the weather. Discusses the kasbah. Only saw the K's briefly as they have left Tangier. Ede was very nice to them. Is just recovering from a feverish cold.
