Scope and content

Has just returned from five days in Jamaica. Was staying with Lady Sarah and her Greek. The activities were all but relaxing. Came back early and found that travelling without a reservation was not relaxing either. Snuck in the back of the airport and got on an aeroplane without a ticket or seat. Has heard rumours that Beaton is back in the London clinic and hasn't yet recovered. Took Candy Darling, Holly Woodlawn and Jackie Curtis to a New Year's Eve party. Andy Warhol couldn't come because his mother was ill. May come to London with Andy for his show at the Tate in February. The office is established but not yet flourishing. Describes trip to see "The Rothschilds" with Cecile and Nika. Discusses new transvestite organisation in New York. Gave Beaton's phone number to Hiram Keller so Beaton can photograph him. Got his Cecil Beaton plate from Spode and thinks it looks nice.
