Prioress: Johanna Rawlyns.
Grant to William Ferybe of New Windsor of a holding or messuage, with a garden and a parcel of meadow, lying in New Windsor in a lane called Shetestrete [Sheet Street] between the high road, a field called le Werthe, the land of the College of St George, Windsor, the alms houses, and the land of William Pury, to hold for the term of 99 years from Christmas last past at yearly rent of 13 shillings and four pence, payable at the Annunciation and Michaelmas.
William must do the repairs to the houses and hedges at his own expense and may cut the trees to do so. If the rent is a fortnight in arrears the Priory may distrain. And the Priory will guard the land against the King and the other lords of the fee.
At Bromhale [Broomhall], in the chapter house, 24 January 3 Henry VIII.
