Grant to John Perys of New Windsor of a messuage and a croft, lying together in New Windsor in Shetestret [Sheet Street] between the land of Nicholas Kemsale, formerly John Page's, of Custancia Tylere, formerly John Sadeler's, of John Perys himself, formerly Robert Hertle's, and the road from Windsor to the King's bailiwick and the field called la Worthe; being the messuage formerly held by Richard Markham of the Priory. To be held for 70 years from the Michaelmas next following at a yearly rent of two shillings and doing service to the lord. If the rent is a fortnight in arrears, the Priory may distrain; if a quarter, it may re-enter.
