Grant of all the holding or messuage, with a garden and a parcel of meadow adjoining, lying in New Windsor in a place called Shetestret [Sheet Street], between the high road, a field called le Worthe, the land of the deans and canons of St George's, Windsor, the almshouses, and the land of William Fury. To hold for 99 years from Christmas last past at a yearly rent of 13 shillings and four pence at the usual terms. William must keep the house and hedges in repair at his own expense and may fell trees when it is necessary.
