Grant to John Dun of Windsor of a house with a garden in New Windsor, lying next the house of John de Chrychestile in which Isabella Corynot used to live, for 20 years from Michaelmas next following at a yearly rent of 20 pence at the Annunciation and Michaelmas. If it is in arrears, the Priory may distrain. John must keep up the enclosure around the garden at his own expense; if not does not, he undertakes to pay 40 shillings to the Prioress and Convent at once
