Lease to John Scott, alias John Cony, of New Windsor, gentleman, and Johanna his wife, of a croft lying at Shaw grene [Shaw Green] in the parish of New Windsor, containing three acres between the croft of John and Johanna called Markhams, the high road leading from Windsor to the Old Park, Shaw Green and a close late Robert Semper's, to be held for 99 years from Michaelmas next following at a yearly rent of 12 pence at Michaelmas. The grantees may cut the trees when they will. If the rent is three weeks in arrears, the Priory may distrain.
