Prioress: Anna Thomas.
Grant to John Raynold[es] of Egham of two fields and a grove, lying together at la Knolle [Knowle] in the parish of Egham between the public lanes called Knollane and Hondeleyys Asshelane, the common heath called Knolhyll and a small green lane. Also a garden and some land; other current and former land-holders named as Thomas Holmer, John Wylecos and John Smith. To be held for 200 years from Michaelmas next following, at a yearly rent of two shillings at the Annunciation and Michaelmas, with two shillings and four pence as a heriot and the same sum as a relief every time the land changes hands; also two days' work in autumn or four pence in place of it. If the rent is a fortnight in arrears or anything else not performed, the Priory may distrain; if forty days after any appointed term, it may re-enter.
