William Wykes, yeoman, of Egham in Surrey. To be held for a term of 55 years from Michaelmas last past at a yearly rent of 13 shillings and four pence payable at Michaelmas and the Annunciation. William must do the repairs, but may cut the underwood at seasonable times, not damaging that left growing. He must also replant, or else pay 40 shillings when his tenancy is up. William may pasture no animals in the wood.
