Prioress: Alicia Burton. Ten acres formerly held by Alexander Webbe, five acres and a croft formerly held by Henry Stigard (?) and two acres formerly held by Robert Mylam. For 20 years from Michaelmas last past at a yearly rent of 16 shillings, payable at the Annunciation and Michaelmas. If the rent is a fortnight in arrears, the Priory may distrain and carry the distraint from county to county until satisfied. If 12 weeks in arrears, the Priory may distrain and re-enter.
