Holding called la Hithe formerly held by John Plommer; four acres of land in the field of Egham and half an acre in several plots of cultivation, also formerly held by John; two acres in a field called Hefcroft next the Thames and a garden in le Hithe, with appurtenances in Surrey. To be held for twenty years at a yearly rent of 13 shillings and four pence. Within four years, Walter is to repair the house competently, on pain of payment of 100 shillings. He guarantees the terms with 20 marks.
