Found herself going from place to place yesterday, so she neither saw Beaton's house nor was within reach of a telephone. Is sorry as she wanted to see Beaton. Got the last train home and has not got out of bed yet so has no more news of Stephen. Hugs herself, and Beaton (spiritually), when she thinks of Ashcombe. Will get builders' names tomorrow.
