Grant of mortgage by Thomas Beneyt of Wynkefeld [Winkfield] and Johanna his wife to Symon Taylour [Simon Taylor] of the same of a messuage, a curtilage and a small plot of land in Winkfield, lying between the land of the late John Mayn, the high road from Brakenhale to Wyndesores [Windsor] and the land of William Smyth, to be held of the lords by service until Thomas or Johanna or their heirs shall have paid Simon or his heirs or assigns ten pounds.
