Grant by Clement the son of Walter de Herwyk of Wenekefeld [Winkfield] to Zaylda the wife of William le White and William her son, for thirty shillings in cash, of all the messuage which he had in Le Frith, together with a yearly rent of five pence, to be exacted from Henry Beneyt and his heirs for a certain plot cut out of the above holding; the messuage lying between the land of the Prioress of Bromhale [Broomhall] and the town of Wenekefeld, beside the high road.
