Grant at fee-farm to William Rotford, vicar of Wynekefeld [Winkfield], three acres and one rood of land in the King's bailiwick and the parish of Winkfield, lying at la Estrude between the lands of the Priory and being the lands formerly held by John the smith and Thomas his son of the demission of Gunnylda, Prioress of Broomhall, to be held at a yearly rent of three shillings and three pence at Michaelmas and Easter, with suit of court at Winkfield and twenty pence an acre as heriot and relief when it shall occur. If the rent is six months in arrears, the Priory may re-enter and keep the chattels found.
