Grant to Thomas atte Lee of Wynkefeld [Winkfield] and Richard his son of a croft containing one acre in the bailiwick of the King, lying at Chawregges in the parish of Winkfield between the high road from Winkfield to Maydenhuthe [Maidenhead], the lands of John le Longe and Roger atte Thornyhulle and a pond called Chawriggespond, to hold for the term of their lives at a yearly rent of twelve pence at the Annunciation and Michaelmas and eight pence as a heriot when it shall occur. If the rent is in arrears, the Priory may distrain, and the croft shall return to it after the deaths of Thomas and Richard.
