One part of a tripartite final concord (fine), made in the King's Court at Westminster on the morrow of St John the Baptist, 29 Edward III, before Roger Hillary, Richard de Wilughby, John de ? Stanford and Henry Grene, justices; and again on the morrow of St Martin the same year, before the same justices and also Thomas de Seton and others. Between Isabella, Prioress of Broomhall, through William de Hoghton, her attorney, of the one part and Roger Merre and Agnes his wife of the other. Whereby Roger and Agnes acknowledge that two acres and sixty acres of land in Bray belong to the Priory and quitclaim them to it. And the Priory will pray for their souls.
