Indenture whereby, whereas Alicia Faile, Prioress, and the Convent of Broomhall granted to John Laurence of Braye [Bray] and Olive his wife all the holdings formerly William Rokel's in Bray for the terms of their lives at a yearly rent of 26 shillings and eight pence, the current Prioress and the Convent of Broomhall now grant this same rent, to be exacted as the Prioress and Convent had exacted it, with the reversion of the holdings of John and Olive, to Henry Laurence, son of the said John, Agnes his wife and Richard their son, until satisfied. The grantees shall repair the house called yrathowes, together with the stable and the dove cote.
