Indenture whereby the Prioress and Convent of Broomhall, having granted to John Laurence of Bray and Olive his wife all their lands and holdings in Bray for the term of John and Olive's lives, and these having, in their turn, granted to Thomas Noreys one acre of land in a croft called Wyltonescroft, lying next Burnhamescroft, Pyperescroft and the road from Altewode to Boyndonhulle, confirm to Thomas this same acre for the term of 101 years after the death of John and Olive.
