Thanks FH for his letter of 30 Jan. 1966 enclosing the paper on the staff of the Institute; the lists seems good and hopes it will be possible to persuade both those from outside and inside to join. Thinks it would be a good plan to have a radioastronomer, especially one interested in pencil-beam systems. Westwater seems an extremely good man; hopes he will be persuaded to join. Would it be helpful to give visiting members College appointments such as Visiting or Overseas Fellowships? Offers help with the Wolfson Foundation, for example being present if Redman visits Cambridge to discuss construction.
