Thanking Cockcroft for his letter (8/3/11). Would like him to be present at a meeting with Redman on 15 Feb. The matter of the building is rather complicated, and has been so since last summer. FH has decided that he does not like the Lessor building, and would prefer a more traditional construction, and it has been suggested that this be constructed by The Shepherd Building Group of York, or the Industrial Development Corporation, Stratford. However, there are problems with this, and many more besides, data on which will be collected and circulated before the meeting.
