Does not anticipate war over China, and goes on to discuss Japanese politics and governance, and believes it suffers from a lack of middle-class. Notes the suspension of the Tokyo stock exchange and believes Japan is heading for a hard time. Malarial fever has infected many and the government are worried about further epidemics.
