Scope and content

Discusses a circular letter sent by the Archbishop of Canterbury to 'all the bishops in communion with the Anglican Church' but which he has not received. Suggests a course of action with regards to this. Also gives news of church business and the activities of various members of the government and courts in Natal. Notes that he is printing an edition of Genesis in Zulu. Also discusses the founding of a college at Cambridge of a form which he has long thought to be of great merit.
