Material relating to the 400th meeting of the Seminar in Modern British Political History. Includes lists of all meetings from 1966 to 2004; termly notices of meetings from Michaelmas 1989 to Lent 2004, PFC's pencil notes regarding his talk for the 400th meeting, on the history of the seminar, the first of which was hosted by Kitson Clark, the speaker being Henry Pelling. A copy of PFC's obituary of Pelling for the British Academy is included, annotated where it references this meeting. A copy of a postcard message referring to the nineteenth-century group from Geoffrey Best to Derek Beales is also present.
