Indenture whereby William Beale, Master, and the Fellows and Scholars of St John's College lease to Barbary Havergill of New Windsor, widow, the messuage built by Thomas Havergill, late husband of Barbary, on the garden plot in Moore Street, delimited as in (former ref.) D16.44 above, for twenty years from the date of the indenture at a yearly rent of two shillings, payable in Cambridge.
The other conditions are the same as in (former ref.) D16.44.
