Grant to Richard Osebayn, Alice his wife and Christina their daughter, for the term of their lives, a holding at la Huthe next the bridge of Stanes [Staines] in the parish of Egeham [Egham], formerly held by John Plomer, together with four acres of arable in the field of Egham in several places, also formerly held by John. Yearly rent of 12 shillings, payable at Michaelmas and the Annunciation. Conditions concerning repairs. When the longest-lived of the lessees dies, the Priory shall have as an heriot the best horse; if there is no horse, then the best metal or jewel.
