Grant and quitclaim to Robert atte Huthe of Stanes [Staines] and Margaret his wife, all their rights in a yearly rent of four pence which they used to exact from a curtilage at la Huthe in Staines, formerly held by Adam in the Hale and lying between the curtilages of William Danhurst and John Bailly, which Robert and Margaret used to hold of the Priory in chief.
For this grant, Robert and Margaret will pay the Priory a yearly rent of 20 pence at the four quarters.
