Grant to Thomas le Bray of Egham and Agnes his wife of seven acres of land in the parish of Egham, of which four acres lie together in a field called Fyseworthe between the land of John atte Halle and of Richard ate Burghe; one acre at Stonhulle between the land of the Abbot of Chertsey and of Thomas de Russham; one acre in the same place between the land of lord Robert Danhurst and of john Barly; one acre at depemerhs (deepmarsh?) between the land of John le Sire and of William Squhyr [Squire]. To be held from Michaelmas to 46 Edward III for the term of 12 years at an annual rent of three shillings and four pence at Michaelmas. If it is in arrears, the Priory may enter and distrain.
