Grant at farm to John Tayllour of Wyndelysham [Windlesham], a meadow called Redlake in Windlesham, for the term of 16 years from Easter next following at a yearly rent of four shillings and four pence at the Annunciation and Michaelmas. John must keep the hedges and ditches in repair at his own expense and do all the service; and he may not fell any large trees, unless to mend the enclosure. If the rent is a year in arrears, the Priory may distrain and, failing sufficient distraint, re-enter. John undertakes to observe those terms with 60 shillings.
