Grant at fee-farm to William Somersoul of Windlesham of a meadow in the parish of Windlesham, lying between the meadows of John Hereward and of Gilbert atte Dunye and the lane called Preylane, to be held for ever, first at a yearly rent of 16 pence so long as Juliana the widow of Stephen Burstowe shall hold a third part of it as her dower, and then of two shillings, payable at Michaelmas. If it is a fortnight in arrears, the Priory may distrain.
