Grant at farm to John Forster of Chabeham [Chobham] and Margery his wife, of a toft, a curtilage, a field and a croft of land in Wyndesham [Windlesham], which was escheated to the Priory on the death of John Pyper, lying between the land of Thomas atte Hale and that of John Forster called Pyperslonde. To be held for the term of life of the longer-lived of the grantees at a yearly rent of ten pence at the Annunciation and Michaelmas. If it is in arrears, the Priory may distrain.
