Thanks Beaton for his letter. After they had moved down to Kent, Jane had a slight set-back. Now she is making a little progress. She is being well looked after and the food is 'better than any London restaurant'. The nursing home is not far from the Garden House so he can pay her lots of visits. Hopes that Beaton's mumps are better.
