Replying to the letter of 2 Feb. signed by Wickramasinghe and FH, and sent to the Prime Minister, relating to a rejected application to the SRC in Sep. 1977. Understands that the reasons for rejection were communicated in Nov. and Jan. Despite further communications, understands that a re-submission has not yet been made. Appears that the application was properly assessed, and 'can only suggest' that they 'supply the SRC with the reasoned case for which they have asked so that it may be further considered'.
