Thanks Mac for looking personally into the grant application from himself and Wickramasinghe. Understands that the National Science Foundation last summer funded several grants in the field that FH and Wickramasinghe 'had pioneered'. The referees' claim that the application was 'inadequately documented was quite wrong'. Does not like that they are being advised by the SRC and other institutions to engage in collaborative programs.
