Thanks Beaton for his letter. It arrived the day before Pavlik, whose arrival was like a celebrity's. Describes sitting at Peter's apartment waiting for a benefit production of l'Aiglon. New York is hectic and full of good plays at the moment. Asks Beaton to ask James Laver to do the play in English. Hopes to do it with Beaton in London next fall. Subsequent pages missing.
