Beaton's letter made him long to see him. Is very overwought and worn out. Has been working so hard and travelling so much that his nerves are dreadful. Thanks Beaton for sending the picture. Paris is so cold. Asks him if they should go together to visit Siegfried. Is there anything he can do for Beaton in Paris. The whole scope of the book Lascar needs to be enlarged.
