Has been meaning to write to Beaton and now at last is in the Bay of Biscay. Hopes he has got the film by now. The ship is "jigging about" which makes his writing very queer. Discusses the other passengers on the ship and a magic lantern show which took place there. This is a dreary letter. Is pining for England.
