Indicates that Duckworth is available and has worked in the Anatomy School for years but those involved wish to appoint Elliott Smith and try to head hunt him from London. Deplores that Pigou, who he describes as a 'long haired little draft shirker', was appointed over Foxwell, and 'that ass Stanley Gardener' before Shipley. Mentions Ross, and Kelman.
