Confirms that he has cancelled his sub to Queen's University, Kingston due to the institution's separation from the Church. Supports his claim that Queen's is a 'second-class, eastern Ontario institution', naming individual staff including Mowat, Mackernon, Anderson, W. L. Grant, Douglas. Sends news that he is settled in Law and mentions his hopes for the future. Reports that George Macdonnell has taken the University's separation from the Church badly and is not even good friends with Dr Jordon. Mentions Logie Macdonnell's ill health, and Hugh's imminent return. His opinion of Lloyd-George. Refers to his plans for the summer which include spending time with 'quite the best looking girl in Toronto'. Politics.
