Two near-contemporary copies of the terms of William Robson's gift for two sub-sizarships at St John's. One is annotated with the elections of two exhibitioners in 1643 and 1644, Richard Lawrence and Henry Newcombe. Both are endorsed 'Salters' Company' (or 'Company of Salters')

These two items, together with the letter that is now SJAR/1/2/Newcome/3/1, are described in a c. mid-20th century typescript list as 'tied together'. The letter has been now been catalogued with Newcome's papers (link below), in line with the treatment of other letters to Masters from the same author, on similar subjects, which have been catalogued with the papers of those Masters
