Letter telling the Prioress of the results of an interview with the Bishop of Salisbury at Sonning: that she may appoint a chaplain (for herself and her house?) and that the Bishop will come to consecrate the church. She is to come and see the Bishop at Windsor on St George's Day next.

The letter has additional sentences in Latin, in a contemporary hand, from the Bible and elsewhere, as if someone had been practising their writing
