Original charters mostly lost by fire, but one original held in archives here, as noted below. Six charters:
1) 20 March 1228 - grant by Crown of 50 acres of heath or waste of the royal demesne at Windsor; 30 acres of the demesne at Hurley (?) under Chobham; 20 acres of the royal demesne of Tetenhurst in the parish of Sunninghill to assart and cultivate
2) 4 April 1239 - grant by which the preceding is confirmed but the land at Sunninghill now 32 acres
3) 13 Feb 1245 - grant of 3 acres in Sunninghill between the assert of Richard de Mora from the forest and the land of the priory, extending to La Newbrugge and lying next the king's highway
4) 14 Nov 1255 - grant of right of pasturing 20 swine in Windsor forest quit of pannage payment as long as they are ringed
5) 16 June 1262 - grant of 151 acres of land never in cultivation in Winkfield and Warfield to the priory in exchange for 60 selions of the royal farm at Windsor and 40 selions of the farm at the manors of Cookham and Bray
6) 3 March 1283 - licence to enclose 100 acres in the forest of Windsor which the priory has brought into cultivation (original charter SJCR/SJES/2/16/BHB/2/10/1)
