Grant by William le Whyte of Wenekefeld [Winkfield] to Clement the son of Walter de Berewyk, for his homage and service and for five shillings entry fine, of a part of his enclosure which he had of the gift of the Prioress and Convent of Bromhale [Broomhall], lying between the high road called Bisshuppesweye and a field of the Prioess and Convent called Boimeresfeld, to be held by him and his assigns, with the exception of religious persons, at yearly rent of six pence at the Annunciation for all service except the heriots and reliefs.
