Grant to Robert Beneyt of Wenekfeld [Winkfield], for 24 shillings entry fine, of four acres of land in the bailiwick of the King, lying in la Frith in an enclosure called Westle between the high road between the high road from Warefeld, the land of the Priory and a way called Wyllopes Weye, to hold at a yearly rent of two shillings, payable at the Annunciation and Michaelmas for all services, customs, suits of court, aids and secular demands, except the heriots and two shillings as a relief and the service of the King.
Wording the same as previous item except for name of grantee and substitution of land of the Priory for land of Beneyt Robert [Robert Beneyt]. In the same hand as the previous item.
