Grant by Richard the clerk of Braye [Bray], called le Carpenter, to Robert the son of Robert Beneyt of Wenekefeld [Winkfield], for 100 shillings in cash, of half a croft called Westle, lying between the lands of Alexander le Poleter and of Richard himself, together with a rent of six pence halfpenny, payable yearly at the Feast of St Mary in March from the holding which Isabella Twag holds of Richard at Westle in the parish of Winkfield; paying the lords of the fee 16 pence yearly at the feasts of St Mary in March and Michaelmas, with reliefs and heriots then they shall occur.
