Grant in exchange for seven shillings. Half an acre in a croft called Kykewyshawe, lying between the land of Stephen himself and Alice atte Watere and of John himself and a field called Scupereshulle. John or his heirs or attorneys will pay Stephen the seven shillings on the Sunday before Whitsunday. If he does not, Stephen shall pay him another seven shillings and have the land in fee forever.
