Grant of a messuage called le Rychhous with a croft adjoining in Sandhurst at Crishulle, lying between the land of William Crishulle, junior, called Homcroft and the high road; also a croft of land called Upcroft, lying as before; also a called Morcroft, lying as before; also a meadow in Sandhurst between the meadows of John atte Halle and of John de Bokhurst; also of one acre of meadow in Basingstoke between the meadows of William Honte and Martin Luwyne in the common meadow called Wyldemor. To hold at a yearly rent of two shillings and sixpence, payable at Bromhale [Broomhall] at the Feast of St Margaret and doing service to the lords of the fee. If the rent is in arrears, the Priory may distrain. And William must do the forinsec service due to the King.
