Henry de la Clire of Basingstoke grants to Walter le Frenche and Agnes his wife, of Mapeldorewelle [Mapledurwell], one and a half acres of meadow in la Wildemore, between the lands of John Germeyn at Chaff' , of John de la Hale, the meadow called Lewineslor and the meadow of Thomas le Teynturer, to be held at a yearly rent of one penny for the term of their lives. And they may neither mortgage nor assign the land to anybody, so that it may revert to Henry or his heirs at their death.
