Grant to Walter ate Garston and Juliana his wife. Ten a half acres of land in the great bailiwick, of which one plot lies in Feyrecroft between the land of the Priory, of Walter himself and of John Optoune and Holeborne, and the other plot lies in Le Scunfeld next Holeborne and the house of Walter Aylwyne in the parish of Wenekefeld [Winkfield]. Yearly rent of nine shillings and one penny, with heriots and reliefs then they shall occur and suit of the Priory's court once a year.
