Grant to Richard the clerk, called le Carpenter, and Isabella his wife, six acres of land in the great bailiwick, lying between the lands of the grantors and the grantees in the parish of Wenek(es)feld [Winkfield], a yearly rent of five shillings at Easter and Michaelmas, with reasonable fines when they shall occur and suit of the Priory's court once a year for heriots and all other secular demands.
